Un hombre de 28 a\u00f1os fue aprehendido este mi\u00e9rcoles por la ma\u00f1ana en Fontana, luego de que personal de la Divisi\u00f3n Antecedentes Personales Metropolitana constatara que registraba un pedido de detenci\u00f3n vigente.<\/p>\n
El procedimiento se inici\u00f3 alrededor de las 10, cuando el ciudadano se present\u00f3 voluntariamente en la dependencia policial para solicitar que verificaran si ten\u00eda alg\u00fan impedimento legal.<\/p>\n
Tras consultar el Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n de la Informaci\u00f3n (Si.Ge.Bi.) y realizar las averiguaciones correspondientes, los efectivos confirmaron que registraba un pedido de aprehensi\u00f3n y detenci\u00f3n, emitido el 6 de abril de 2026, en el marco de una causa por presunta infracci\u00f3n a los art\u00edculos 68 y 139 del C\u00f3digo de Faltas Provincial.<\/p>\n
Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, se realiz\u00f3 una consulta con la autoridad judicial interviniente, desde donde se dispuso su detenci\u00f3n y el traslado a la Comisar\u00eda Segunda de Fontana.<\/p>\n
