Esta tarde, efectivos de la Comisar\u00eda La Eduvigis secuestraron aproximadamente 98 kilos de carne porcina durante un operativo de prevenci\u00f3n y control vehicular realizado sobre la Ruta Provincial N.\u00ba 90, a la altura del kil\u00f3metro 34.<\/p>\n
Durante la inspecci\u00f3n de un autom\u00f3vil, los agentes encontraron varios trozos de carne correspondientes a un animal porcino faenado. El conductor, de 47 a\u00f1os, no pudo acreditar su procedencia ni garantizar las condiciones higi\u00e9nico-sanitarias necesarias para su transporte y conservaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, se dio intervenci\u00f3n al m\u00e9dico veterinario policial, quien examin\u00f3 los productos y determin\u00f3 que no eran aptos para el consumo humano.<\/p>\n
Por disposici\u00f3n de la Direcci\u00f3n de Ganader\u00eda de la Provincia del Chaco, la mercader\u00eda fue decomisada y posteriormente destinada a incineraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
En tanto, se labr\u00f3 el acta contravencional correspondiente por una supuesta infracci\u00f3n a la Ley Federal de Carnes N.\u00ba 22.375 y a la normativa provincial vigente.
